I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to major attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia, and it's in a safe area with plenty of shops around. The rooms were spacious and clean, which was a big plus. However, the service left something to be desired, as the staff didn't seem well-trained. Also, the minibar only had soft drinks and the rooms' safety could be improved.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very pleasant overall. However, I noticed that not all the rooms are double-glazed, which can be an issue since the hotel is situated on a steep hill, and I had to deal with a somewhat challenging spiral staircase.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and nice, but they didn't seem to have the best training in hotel management, which made for a somewhat unpolished experience. They were aware of our late arrival but didn't seem to be proactive about assisting us.
Location

The location is fantastic! It's close to all the main attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia, and there are convenience stores and eateries nearby. Everything is within walking distance, which made my stay so much easier.
Dining

The dining options were pretty limited; there was a decent variety, but it felt a bit average overall.
Facilities

I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, being within walking distance to major attractions, making sightseeing super easy. The staff was attentive and genuinely friendly, while the cleanliness was top-notch. However, the room I stayed in was a bit noisy and I wish there was more privacy as people could see directly inside. The breakfast was good but could use a little improvement in variety.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location is absolutely fantastic, making it super easy to explore all the main attractions in Sultanahmet. While the room was clean, it was a bit cramped, and the promised high-speed internet didn't quite live up to expectations. The service from the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made my time there more enjoyable.

I had a great stay in a hotel that's perfectly situated in the heart of the old city, making it super easy to explore all the historic sites. The rooms were clean and welcoming, but they looked a bit smaller than I expected from the photos. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for its location and friendly service, but if you’re looking for spacious accommodations, you might want to keep that in mind.

I had a lovely stay at Gedikpasa Konagi Hotel, which boasts a great location just a short walk from major attractions like the Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The rooms, however, could have been a bit quieter since I could hear a lot from the street outside. On the bright side, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and breakfast was the highlight of my mornings. Overall, it was a good experience, particularly for the price.

The hotel offers a clean and comfortable space with a nice big bed and a pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent, being close to major attractions. However, my sleep was disturbed early in the morning by restaurant staff preparing breakfast, which was quite annoying. Additionally, I found the entrance to the hotel a bit unsettling as it led through a dark alleyway.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were clean, decently sized, and featured wooden flooring along with a flat screen TV. My bed was large and comfy, which I appreciated. The only downside was being above the breakfast room, which woke me up early.
Service
5.0
The service was rather lacking at times. We faced a maintenance issue, and the suggestion to use a candle with wax for light seemed quite primitive for a hotel. I believe a good hotel should have proper backup for electricity.
Location
9.0
The location is incredibly convenient for sightseeing, being just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. However, it's on a steep street, which might be challenging for those with mobility issues.
Dining
6.0
The dining area is located in the basement, which feels a bit off. Even though there was a decent selection of breakfast options, I expected more from a place that markets itself as a new tasty spot.
Facilities

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel is located in a fantastic area, close to all the major sights. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, but I did notice some scuff marks, and unfortunately, the noise from the breakfast preparation in the morning was quite disruptive. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the minor inconveniences.

Rooms

The room was beautifully appointed with a nice wooden floor and a spacious, clean bathroom. However, we were located above the restaurant, which meant early morning noise from staff setting up.
Service

I recently stayed at Gedikpasa Konagi Hotel and while it had some great perks, there were a few downsides as well. 5.0/10

The hotel is situated in a great location near the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Although the service was friendly and available, it lacked professionalism and organization, which was a bit frustrating. The rooms were quite small and not very clean, and I noticed some maintenance issues as well. Overall, while there are some positives, this hotel may not be ideal due to its shortcomings.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite small and tight, with a steep spiral staircase making it difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was lacking, as I found the bed sheets were often just tossed on the bed instead of properly made.
Service
